Click the plus sign (+) to the left of the Plot Style Table Search Path. In the Options dialog box, Files tab, click the plus sign (+) to the left of Printer Support File Path. A named plot style table can contain as many or as few plot styles as required. When you use a named plot style table, objects that have the same color may be plotted differently, based on the plot style assigned to the object. Named plot style tables (STB) contain user-defined plot styles. 
Named Plot Styles can be attached to specific objects or layers. With this style, it does not matter what color the objects are or even what layer they are on.
